Explore the beautiful Tropical Far North Queensland with the chilled vibe and cozy comfort of Tropic Sundae. She’s a newly renovated Toyota Hiace van with a double bed and all the comforts of home. Location - Pick up from Edge Hill - Hire location is FNQ – Tropic Sundae is not suitable for one way hire enquiries Sleeping - Double Mattress. Linen included – 4 pillows, cotton sheets, doona, 2 bath towels. - If you are bringing a pet you must provide their own bedding and towels. Kitchen and Dining - 60L upright fridge - Full off grid solar and 12V system with plenty of USB and 12V outlets - 3m x 2m roll out side-awning - Full pull out camp kitchen with 2 burner gas stove. - Basic pantry - Full black out curtains all round - 20L clean water storage with 12V pump for showering or washing up - Cooking utensils included - Outside LED lighting - 12V internal fan & portable fan for those balmy nights - internal reading light and Changeable fairy lights

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $97.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The Van was ideal for the trip up North. I hadn't driven a Manual for some time but it was manageable. The Fans were very handy! Thanks Rob.

Rob was very nice and he showed and explained all the functionalities of the van, which is quite well equipped. The airconditioning is working well, and it was nice to have the stove, fridge and shower. The van is a bit old but very functional and we really enjoyed our 1-week trip! We suffered just the heat and humidity but Rob installed a little lovely fan just over the bed. Thanks again to Rob :)

We loved our stay in Rob & Lucys van! It has everything you need and drove like a dream. Rob was very helpful and fast at communicating. The pick up was very easy and close to the airport. We wish we couldve stayed for longer! :-)
