Mileage Allowance and Additional Charges Please note the following: - Each rental day includes 200 kilometres of driving, included in the daily rate. - Any additional kilometers driven beyond the total allowance will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per kilometre over. Note: There is a $100.00 additional airport parking fee on all airport pickup (parking) Example: For a 5-day rental: - Total allowance: 1000 kilometres - If the vehicle is returned with 1100 kilometres driven, the renter will be charged an additional $50.00 (100 kilometers over the allowance at $0.50 per kilometer)

Hiring rules

• 1. Prohibited Driving Conditions:
• • The vehicle must not be driven on sand, beaches, or 4x4 tracks.
• • Water crossings are strongly discouraged. Any evidence of water damage, particularly saltwater exposure, will result in additional charges.
• • Avoid driving in areas with significant flooding risks.
• 2. Smoking and Fire Safety:
• • No smoking is permitted inside the vehicle at any time.
• • Do not park the vehicle near live firepits, barbecues, or open flames. Ensure all doors and windows are closed if parked near any potential smoke or embers.
• 3. Return Condition:
• • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was hired:
• • Fuel tank full.
• • Clean interior, with all rubbish and personal belongings removed.
• • Wipeddown surfaces to remove dirt, spills, or stains.
• • Excessive cleaning or detailing required will result in additional fees.
• 4. Vehicle Usage:
• • The van is to be used for general transportation only.
• • Do not overload the van or transport hazardous materials.
• • Any damage caused by improper use (e.g., dragging items in/out of the van) will be charged to the hirer.
• 5. General Vehicle Care:
• • Keep the vehicle locked and secure when unattended. The hirer is responsible for any theft or vandalism during the hire period.
• • Avoid sharp objects or behaviors that may scratch or damage the van’s interior or exterior.
• 6. Traffic and Parking Rules:
• • The hirer is responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and toll charges incurred during the hire period.
• 7. Breakdowns and Repairs:
• • In the event of a breakdown, contact the owner immediately.
• • Unauthorized repairs are not allowed and may void insurance coverage.
• 8. Key Return:
• • All keys and remotes must be returned at the end of the hire period. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of [$220.00].
• 9. Prohibited Activities:
• • Do not use the van for racing, offroading, or any other unauthorized activity.
• • Pets are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.

  Great van. Very easy to drive and fairly economical. Has a nice practical setup for longer trips. The bar fridge and location was a plus for traveling in summer! Pick up/drop off was simple and smooth. Matt was very responsive during the trip.
