  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a wonderful holiday in this family friendly caravan. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. Shannon was easily contactable for any questions that arose. Would definitely recommend this van

    The holiday started off great. Although filling the water tank is very temperamental. The capacity is not as described. Very prone to airlocks in water tank. Can only be filled with high pressure hose, struggles with having water syphoned in. Fixings for Annex were missing so we had to temporarily fix those when we got to the campground. Apart from the issues we experienced. It was a good holiday.

    We spent a week in Exmouth in this caravan, and as a family of five, it was the perfect size for us. It towed really well and suited our trip perfectly. Communication from the hirer was informative, helpful and friendly throughout the process. However, we found the overall cleanliness of the van was below our expectations, so we had to spend some time cleaning before we were able to get on the road. We ended up taking all of our own kitchen items as well. Otherwise, it was a great experience for our family holiday.
