Minimum tow vehicle requirements - Must be rated to tow the specified weight. Minimum licence requirement is FULL. Brake controller requirements – if your car has a brake controller installed (RedArc or similar) this will work, otherwise we can provide an ElecBrake System for a fee per hire. (not required for delivery & setup)

Hiring rules

  • No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • No smoking inside & no pets
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
  • Standard pickup / dropoff times are Monday through Friday 9 5.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me.
  • Cooking gas to be returned full – refill from petrol stations with Elgas
  • Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
