Additional information
If your car has anderson plug then the batteries can recharge as you go (and while off grid). If your car doesnt, its still ok- just may not last quite as long off grid if rainy/cloudy weather.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Timothy 5.0We absolutely loved our time with Janelle and Chris camper. Its beautifully set up, with heaps of storage, and it comfortably slept two adults, two teenagers and a young child for a week at the beach. The solar panels, huge fridge and annex made off-grid living effortless. Janelle and Chris were fantastic hosts, friendly, clear in their instructions and attentive. Pickup and drop-off were a breeze, with plenty of space outside their house to get familiar with the trailer before heading off. Chris helped with the towball changeover and was happy to answer a few quick questions during the week when I forgot things. We purchased a portable Bendix electronic brake controller for our car, which worked really well with the trailer. If youre planning a family trip, this camper is a top choice. Highly recommended.

This was our first ever camping experience as a family, trailer popped up into the tent easily with good instruction. Annex is great with the full length of main tent and easy to follow instructions and YouTube video. HEAPS of storage for all your essentials to be packed oit of the way and easily accessible at the same time. Definitely recommend for your family adventure.
