Hiring rules

• Pets are allowed!
• I'll leave you with a full tank of petrol so please bring her back with a full tank as well
• No smoking in the van
• No off roading or beach driving
• Avoid under cover car parks, generally the van is too tall for these!
• Driving on unsealed roads can be preapproved in writing (in Camplify messages)
• Tolls will be paid for by you
• No festivals
• Deli must be returned dusted clean or you will risk a cleaning fee
• Pick up and drop off times to be planned
• No free camping
• Any damage must be reported immediately (who, what, where and when)
• Any lost items may incur a fee for replacing them
• Sorry no refunds if cancellation is less than 4 days notice as per Camplify cancellation policy
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 40752000, they will advise on how to contact road side assistance. Then call me!

  Sarah was responsive, organised and pleasant. The handovers were easy and the van was exceptionally well-equipped with camping gear. Great vehicle to drive (although no cruise control that I could find). It took a bit to get comfortable on the mattress since it lays directly on the fully reclined seats rather than on a solid flat base. Also, had some issues keeping the fridge cold however Sarah was receptive to feedback. I'm confident given my impression of her that she would be working on a solution for future hirers. Overall a really great experience!

  The van was in great condition - smooth, comfortable to drive and had plenty of power even on steep mountain roads. The only downside was the AC, which didnt get properly cold, so it did get a bit warm inside during the hottest part of the day. The camping gear is pretty basic, but it includes everything you need for a simple and easy trip. Overall, a solid experience.

  Amazing trip with Sarahs van

  We rented Sarahs van for a weekend and everything was absolutely excellent. The van was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, which allowed us to enjoy a perfect trip without any issues. Sarah was very friendly, flexible, and communicative from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always available if we had questions. Thanks to her, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend renting from her just perfect!
