Hiring rules

• 🚨 IMPORTANT INFO – Please Read Carefully 🚨
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately and stay safe. If an accident occurs: Get off the road and ensure everyone is safe. Call Camplify Roadside Assistance: 1300 416 133 (They’ll arrange help right away.) Then call me to let me know what’s happened.
• DAMAGE Please report any damage ASAP — the sooner, the better! Be ready to provide details: who, what, where, and when.
• ROAD USE RESTRICTIONS Strictly NO offroad, NO beach driving, and NO extended gravel/unsealed/muddy roads. Please familiarise yourself with insurance terms and exclusions — these roads are not covered and can void your policy.
• LONG TRIPS Your hire includes 200 km per day (average over your trip). If you exceed this, you’ll be charged 30c per extra kilometre from your bond. You can spread your kilometres however you like across your hire period!
• FUEL The van runs on DIESEL. It will be full when you pick it up — please return it full to avoid a refuelling charge.
• CLEANING Please return the van and equipment clean and tidy to avoid a cleaning fee.
• COOKING GAS The van comes with extra butane canisters. If you run out, replacements can be bought at most petrol stations or supermarkets.
• 🚭 NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking inside the van.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
