Please note: The bed is 185cm long, not recommended for individuals over six feet tall.

Hiring rules

• The hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pick up and drop off of the van is from Revesby, NSW. Street parking is available if you want to leave a vehicle. Otherwise, we are a 10min walk from the train station.
• Up to 220kms per day included in hire fee, additional km charged at .40c per km
• The van has a complete battery system which means it can run off the grid; however, it must be taken on sealed roads only.
• No cooking inside the van.
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Unfortunately, pets aren't permitted in the van, nor is smoking.
• The van must be returned in a similar state of cleanliness to when it was picked up. All cutlery, crockery and cooking tools must be cleaned before the return of the van. A cleaning fee of $200.00 may be charged otherwise.
• The van must be filled with diesel before drop off.
• Tolls are to be calculated on the return of the van and deducted from the bond (or you can use your etag).
• If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.

  It was ok overall but a few features in the van were unavailable or not working properly, making us change our plan. One was the head lights... the left barely illuminated the road ahead at night.We had to drive on day light most of our trip, because of the poor quality of headlights. Spending lots of time on the road instead of the beach. Also the emergency lights didn't work. The other thing we couldn't use was the awning, one of the bars that holds it together was snapped in one end, couldn't use it at all. It was a shame that we had to deal with all this, we are paying for a service and features that are advertised in your Web page don't and function the way they should.

  We had a fantastic trip with Escape! The van was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
