Flexible pickup and drop-off times can usually be arranged, just reach out to discuss. The Rolling Retreat is simple to drive and best suited to relaxed trips along the coast or nearby nature spots. It’s designed for comfort and ease rather than off-road or remote travel. Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition, with fuel topped up as received. We ask that the awning is retracted in windy conditions and the van is treated with care, as you would your own. If you’re unsure about anything at all before or during your trip, feel free to reach out — happy to help. 😊 📍Pickup is in Pagewood (10 mins from Sydney Airport).

  • Please treat The Rolling Retreat with care so it can be enjoyed by everyone.
  • • The van is not suitable for offroad or 4WD use
  • • No festivals, parties, or large group use
  • • No smoking or vaping inside the van
  • • Pets welcome 🐾 — please keep the space clean and tidy
  • • Awning must be retracted in windy conditions
  • • Please return the van clean, with fuel topped up as received
  • Drivers must be confident and comfortable operating a vehicle of this size.
  • If anything is unclear, feel free to ask — happy to help make your trip smooth and easy.
  • Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
