I thought there would have been more storage and was meant to have been totally cleaned before hired. Also thought would have been totally checked first anything broken and been replaced Linda ran through the information too fast. Didnt get time to comprehend everything not what I was expecting. Inside of the fridge, some cupboards and cutlery and appliances were dirty We thought they were meant to be available pretty much 24/7 if help was required. This was not the case. due to the lack of help this added a lot of stress. Linda knew this was the first time we were hiring vans so very disappointed with the lack of support from her.

Linda made the pick up simple and easy. Explained how to operate the different functions of the van. Good experience.

We were given a van which had no pipework under the van therefore where we had planned to do a majority of a 6 week trip off grid turned into a lot of extra expenses having to stay in parks so we could use water. Bbq provided was filled with rust and filthy dirty. Van itself, utensils, appliances etc were not all clean. Numerous cupboards/ drawers broken. Bottom bunk broken could not be slept on. Screws missing out of major fixtures. Door fell apart several times. No lights around number plate. Mould on canvas pop outs, no waterproof covers provided for pop out ends we had to purchase tarps again another additional cost. Just to name a few. My holiday in this van was tainted, my kids hated it and every time something else appeared an issue with the van they begged to go home. What was meant to be something to create life long memories for my children with ambitions to one day purchase our own van have quickly dwindled by our experience with this van hire. This van requires a lot of maintence before anyone steps foot in this to hire. I highly recommend you look at vans else where before looking at hiring this one.

Great trip, everything we needed we had. Linda was always on hand to help us if we had any troubles or needed help with anything. Easy handover process.

Poor cooking equipment. Generator didnt work after paying. Then trying to charge me for tolls from Richmond to Mudgee !! No tolls on bells line of road.! And I had to clean the van and dishwash cutlery. Used my own. Cobwebs on van. For over $1500 for a long weekend. Not great no handover documents given. Wasnt interested in hand back or feedback Was our first experience and we cleaned it better then we received. Disappointing

We had an amazing family holiday with the camper trailer from Ezy Peezy camping, and Linda was great to deal with. Highly recommend using Ezy Peezy Camping if youre considering holidaying with a camper trailer!

The van was great. Linda went through everything which made it easy to set up. Everything worked and we had a comfortable time in the little van.
