Our experience with Aviv at Byron Bay campers was pretty disappointing. First off, the pick up felt very disorganized and the woman who showed us the van seemed like she did not know what she was talking about. Aviv did not include the shower add on I had asked for, the license plate was hanging off the back, the gas tank was not full, and the dishes were dirty. Even after communicating with Aviv months in advance that I would like to drop the van off in Brisbane at the end of our trip, he never followed up about confirming the drop off spot. He simply told me that we would iron out the details closer to the drop off date. Once following up again, we were given only one option for drop off. He also told us we would have to pay for a week of parking, all totaling to over $600. His communication was extremely unprofessional and felt like a scam in the end.

We had such a wonderful time in the Big Beauty with Byron Bay Campers. Effective & friendly communication, clean van, and it was perfect for our holiday as a family. Some very special memories made - thank you!

It was an very bad holiday, the van was terrible , windows not open , engine making sometimes and terrible noise, waters coming in the car from somewhere, curtens are very dirty and old and some small other things. So l was not very happy with all Hans Lekkerkerker the Netherlands

What a truck! Amazing to drive - super powerful and handled surprisingly well despite its weight. Alu-cab roof conversion was so easy to set up and pack up, as was the 270 degree awning. The bedding was comfortable and easy to access. Both fridges worked really well as did other electrical features. The awning was a little tired and leaked in the rain and several of the under-awning lights didn't seem to work. Accessing the back of the vehicle would be easier if the tow ball was removed, making the tow hitch a convenient step. Byron Bay rentals were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our messages. Overall we had a fantastic time in the vehicle and would highly recommend it to other like-minded travellers.

Great van with character. Be aware that only three people can be driven in it. BB campers also were helpful with the handover.

2 hours waiting for someone to provide van key on first day dispite earlier agreementto meet at 14:30 no show till 16:30 -no cooker as paid for provided but gas bottle supplied -instructed no not used awning due to rip which is a huge impact considering recent weather -bed sheets and linen provide as a one off payment but recharged ever extension -Blow out on rear driver wheel and rudely told by owner it was due to manner off driving when no long distance travel or off road undertaken -Extremely poor customer service while stranded in the rain at side of road for 3 hours -instructed how to use hot water but never worked -informed window is defected and does not work or lock resulting in flapping around -Extremely disappointed and ruin the travel trip -would not recommend for hire for anyone who is looking for a comfortable arrangement

Absolutely amazing service. Love that the pick up and drop off was in tweed heads. Can't wait to use there services again.
