Please be aware that each rental comes with 150 kilometres per day included, with every additional kilometre priced at 0.45 cents. For example, a 5-day rental would include a total of 750 kilometres. There is no limit on the number of kilometres you can travel, but please keep in mind that additional kilometres will be billed at the end of the rental. FAQ’s  How long does the battery last? The basic, with normal use, fridge, lights and water pump the battery would have a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 24 hours of operating time for the fridge. Expanded, the van has a 110AH battery, the fridge consumes approximately 6Ah water pump 5Ah, lights 2Ah, however the fridge can only use the battery until it is half empty while the lights and water pump can drain the battery completely. Charging the van?  The van charges at 20-30Ah when the engine is on. Solar at peak will get up to 10Ah in  240V power site will get 18Ah in  Does the van needs to be connected to power to work? No, the van can work without power, however, it does not unlimited power supply. Read about how long the battery lasts for more detailed information. What happens if the battery goes flat? The van has 2 batteries, starting battery would only go flat if you forgot something on, lights, or the key in the switch, when and if this battery goes flat we offer 24h Australia wide road side assistance that will come to help you in this case. Secondary (house) battery, in the case this battery goes flat, you will need to follow one of the charing options (see FAQ charing the van)  In this case the fridge is the first thing to stop working.  What happens if we have a breakdown? We take all steps to make sure this never happens, our vans are regularly Mechanically inspected, at must 6 months apart, and we take your safety very seriously.  However, in the rare case this might happen call Camplify support for Australia-wide road side assistance. We always get on to repairs ASAP, repairs of breakdowns (not user fault, such as a flat tyre due to a nail) will be covered fully by Byron Bay campers, and we will take care of a replacement vehicle if the repairs cannot be done within a reasonable amount of time.  Do we need to turn the fridge off? The fridge can run overnight if the power is managed properly. Does the van have solar? Please see each specific van, most of our vans have a permanent solar panel, some a portable one at an extra cost.  How big is the water tank? 45L  Can we pick them up in tweed heads and drop them elsewhere? Yes, we charge a normal rate of $4.00.5 per kilometre delivery away from the base, This price is general only and will be quoted per a booking, pending availability and demand. Yes we can drop off or deliver How does the microwave work? The microwave only works when connected to 240v power at a power site. This goes for the 240v sockets in the van. Can I charge my devices while the van is off? Yes, you can, this will affect the total power available for the rest of the items in the van, and the iPhone can take up to 2ah, iPad more, and laptop more.

• Cleaning fee from $69.00 max fee $250.00
• We expect the van to return clean from the inside while the out should be cleaned in the case of mud or contamination on the exterior, otherwise, a normal wash and wipe is included in the rental.
• Late dropoff and early pickup is %50 of the daily rate.
• Pick up from 10:30 am Drop off is by 5:00 pm, please message or call with ETA for a quicker pickup and drop off.
• Refuel fee: $50.00 (when the van is returned with less than a full tank of fuel) The vans are supplied with a full petrol tank.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  2 hours waiting for someone to provide van key on first day dispite earlier agreementto meet at 14:30 no show till 16:30 -no cooker as paid for provided but gas bottle supplied -instructed no not used awning due to rip which is a huge impact considering recent weather -bed sheets and linen provide as a one off payment but recharged ever extension -Blow out on rear driver wheel and rudely told by owner it was due to manner off driving when no long distance travel or off road undertaken -Extremely poor customer service while stranded in the rain at side of road for 3 hours -instructed how to use hot water but never worked -informed window is defected and does not work or lock resulting in flapping around -Extremely disappointed and ruin the travel trip -would not recommend for hire for anyone who is looking for a comfortable arrangement

  Spent 8 days with it, went perfectly with absolultely 0 problem. Few minor things are damaged inside but didn't make any inconvenience, I'd say for its age and price that's fair. Good communication with Aviv and Sarah. I recommend renting with their company.
