If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the campervan for you. The conversion is poorly designed and makes it quite difficult to enjoy your days, especially if it rains. It has a portable battery that drains 40% of its charge in just one hour. The tap is unusablethe tanks are poorly designed for filling and emptying, and water leaks out. One of the two burners on the stove doesn't work, and there's only a 14cm saucepan. (During the trip, it broke due to its poor condition, and they even made us pay for it, which I find ridiculous.) The kitchenware is very basic (two dessert plates, four glasses and cutlery, not even a spatula, colander, or frying pan). There are two battery-operated lights. If you're planning a long trip, keep in mind that there's no refrigerator, just a tiny one that can barely fit two yogurts. There's only one storage compartment, and everything opens from the outside (the toilet, the "fridge," the drawer, the stove, etc.). If you want chairs and a table, you have to pay extra for them, even though they're usually included. Basically, if you're staying more than one night, I wouldn't rent it because it'll just complicate things. We've already rented three vans (and cheaper ones) through this website, and they're nothing like this. Finally, Paloma doesn't warn you that the van will be delivered by someone who doesn't speak English. This should be mentioned beforehand; there's no communication. Consider other options other vans

As previous comments mentioned, Paloma wasn't available during the pick up and drop off hours and the person in charge of doing it didn't speak English so we didn't receive any kind of information. The van description isnt accurate, the battery isnt a battery, id say its more a power bank that wont last more than 2hs, and the fridge turned to be, on the owners words, "This fridge function is mostly to warm up a soup, tea, food, etc.. or cool down a juice, etc..usually to use short period of time if not charging" I rented multiple vans in camplify before and I wouldn't recommend hiring this one if you wanna relax and enjoy your weekend.

Overall we had a very nice 16 day trip with the van. Small things like on all used vehicles, but nothing what bothered us. Very fast and easy and fair communication and we can definitely recommend !

I enjoyed travelling with Gaia. It was very easy to drive the van was clean and tidy. The fridge was very small though so I ended up not using, but the rest was provided cutleries linens pillows. Paloma was very very easy to communicate with.

It was fair. Due to circumstances Paloma sent family members to the pick-up and return so I did not meet her and was not able to ask all the questions I wanted. In summary this is an easy to drive, reliable and fuel efficient vehicle with an adequate place for two people to sleep (two single foam mattresses side by side), but in relation to the camping amenities, many are absent (pantry, shower, gas bottle) or inadequate (tiny fridge, DC battery and inverter for AC, butane cylinder gas stove, plastic plates/cutlery). Best to have/bring your own. You can charge a phone or two but that's about it for power when stopped. As a first time campervaner I hadn't realised one really wants an awning, camping table and chairs (the latter are an optional extra), external lighting plus a fan or fans inside the van.
