Fran was amazing to deal with and the van had everything we could ask for. Hand over with Fran and Jordan was super easy and they were both so helpful. Highly recommend.

Fran and Jorden set up the van for us on New Years Eve, into a very difficult site slab. They were extremely friendly and made sure everything was right for us before leaving us to enjoy their van. The van comfortably slept the 4 of us and with all the extras supplied (utensils, plates, kitchenware, tables, camp chairs, etc) there was nothing we needed additionally. Communication from/with Fran was exceptional. Would hire again

Fran and her partner were excellent. Anything I missed they were onto it straight away. Set up the van chairs cooking equipment. Van was solid and sturdy air con good fridge cold. Will be using them again in the near future.

I hate doing this due to these were obviously nice people but when you pay money for something & its alot of money I expect to get whats being advertised. Unfortunately the Van wasnt as per advertised & we lost $300 worth of groceries from the fridge not working. Here is the list below of the problems we faced: - Extremely Dusty & Dirty A/C Vents/Ducts, hadnt been cleaned. - Spider Webs through the van. - Ants in cupboards. - Lounge hadnt been cleaned, dirt all over it. - Table was so wobbly/broken kids couldnt even sit & have breakfast or food at it. - Fridge/Freezer didnt work. Even when we arrived & the owners were showing us, they couldnt get it to work either & werent sure what was wrong with it. - TV never worked on 12v. - Beeping coming from van saying battery was dying even though it wasnt, as nothing worked & wasnt able to be turned on. - We got pulled over by police due to bald tyres on one side plus the spare. As I said, I hate writing this & giving a poor rating but unfortunately thats because we had a really poor time with this van & we lost a lot of money between the van & the food we lost. Not to mention buying all new food/esky big enough & then ice to keep the new food cold. Rachel missed a big part of our holiday due to just running after the van & making sure the kids just enjoy what we had. It was really disappointing to be completely honest & once we returned the van to explain these issues, there was no offer to compensate or anything like that. Its a shame because we are a young family & we saved our hard earned money to do this.. We feel like we have been ripped off.

The can is so comfortable, Fran is the easiest person to deal with. Honestly, we could boy have asked for something better. The whole experience was fabulous

The van was perfect for our family of 4! The van was well equipped for what we needed for our weekend away, easy to set up and pack away. Fran and Her husband were very easy to deal with. We will definitely be using the van again. Very happy!

Our stay was fantastic in Frans caravan. Communication was easy. The caravan was clean. When we arrived everything was set up for us - including the outside table and chairs - even the outside oven. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Fran.
