We had the van delivered to our caravan park. Adam set everything up for us, he gave us a good run down of the van, it was our first time in a caravan and it wont be the last. Adams communication was fantastic and helped with all of my silly questions. Will recommend this van to anyone. Had a great 4 days away in the van
