Hilf was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She seamlessly facilitated the handover process, clearly explained how to connect Heidie Star to the car and demonstrated how to set up the caravana process that takes just minutes, which was fantastic. She also provided assurances that we could contact her at any time during our trip if we had questions. A standout feature for us was that Hilf accommodated our booking with less than 24 hours notice, and on New Years Day no less. Heidie Star is a charming vintage caravan. While she doesnt offer all the modern conveniences, she features a comfortable bed, a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast, and reliable shelter from wind, rain, and bugs. The only drawback was that the caravan needed a thorough deep clean. Hilf had informed us in advance that, given the short notice and her being overseas at the time, she couldnt guarantee its cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found that the windows, tables, and surfaces needed wiping down, and some plates had signs of mould. We spent about an hour cleaning the essentials before use. For future hires, wed recommend ensuring a deep clean of cutlery, plates, cupboards, and windows beforehand to avoid this inconvenience. Despite that minor issue, Heidie Star towed beautifully, and we had an incredible time. I would definitely recommend her for a memorable adventure!

We had an amazing time hiring Heidy Star! We wanted something light and easy to use.. and we got exactly that. Hlif was hassle and stress free, from beginning to end. Thanks so much for a great experience, we would defs hire again :)

Speedy responses from Hlif and she was very willing to show me through the van and was very clear in explaining the rules. During the journey I replaced one of the brake light bulbs as it stopped working. Overall a great little compact van.

Very easy to tow. Nice and clean. Got all the facilities for couple. Owner is nice and easy to communicate.
