Ellyce and Rob were amazing. Handover was outstanding and they provided videos showing how everything works. The van was perfect and we had a fantastic time away. It towed really well and everything was really clean and tidy, plus they had the water tanks full of rain water for us to use. I would highly recommend Ellyce and Rob's van to anyone. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your wonderful van for our trip.

The set-up/drop-off/pick-up fee was well worth it. Ellyce and Rob expertly set up the van and had it level and secure for our arrival, then gave us a run through on all the features we would not have noticed. It was very clean, well equipped and had an extremely comfortable bed. We were thankful for the excellent heating, good sized fridge, good cooking equipment and it was handy having the shower and toilet which had a good amount of space. We would happily recommend Ellyce and Rob and use their van again.

We recently hired this caravan and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The handover with Ellyce was super easy she was friendly, and took the time to walk us through everything thoroughly. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, making everything stress-free. The van itself was exactly as described no surprises, just a well-kept, thoughtfully stocked space that had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless on pickup, clearly maintained to a high standard. What really stood out was the attention to detail: not only did Ellyce do a great job explaining how everything worked during handover, but there were also handy tutorials available just in case we needed a refresher.
