We have hired COCO multiple times now and we loved everytime we go away with it. The handover from Pily and her husband is clear and precise. We definitely will be hiring COCO again and again.

We returned the van extremely clean and the owner stated he was happy with it upon its return after his inspection. Two days later they sent photos of some dust in two cuppbourds and wanted another $100 for a cleaning fee. When we picked the van up we should have completed the pre inspection as this would have highlighted the condition (which was fair) the van was in. We realised one of the gas bottles was empty just after we left, we addessed this and swapped it over for a swap and go bottle. It worked perfected for the duration of our hire, upon return the owners wanted us to purchase another bottle through the caravan supplier because the one we had swapped with wasn't to their standard. We paid them a one hundred dollars just to keep them happy. These owners were good to deal with prior to hiring but after???????????? Hire with caution and complete pre checklist thoroughly would be my advice. Communication rated low due to their cash grab strategy.

We hired the van for 3 days, 2 adults and 3 young kids. It was perfect. Very easy to setup and nice and tidy on hand over. Would highly recommend for any families looking to have the camping experience. Hosts were great and very easy to contact with any questions during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in Coco! The owners were absolutely lovely and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. One small thing that could make future stays even better would be a list of whats included I brought along a few items that were already supplied and forgot a couple of things I thought might be there (like dishwashing liquid and cleaning supplies). We also chose to have the linen included, which was great, though the quilts seemed more suited to warmer weather. It got a bit chilly overnight, so we were glad wed brought a few extra blankets for the kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again!

Van was very clean & well organised. It towed very well, was easy to set up. No issues had at all. We stayed in a caravan park, the van was will equipped with everything we needed. It slept 4 very comfortably. Would book again for our next trip.

We had a remarkable family holiday in January 2025. Van is really new and equipped. Adding couple of camping chairs would have been nice. Definitely recommend and will hire again.

The family had a fantastic time. The van was awesome, like new and handled the 40c heat like a trooper. The aircon was fantastic. Highly recommended Pily and her family van.

Coco is a beautiful van, we enjoyed our little holiday very much.
