Well, ... I don't know where to begin, this has completely ruined our two weeks holiday in Australia ! I was contacted by someone on Facebook about this rental, which I found suspicious, but I eventually saw that Oz Travel was a legitimate agency. Payments were made on several different websites, all remotely. No one answered the phone, only WhatsApp messages. We arrived in Sydney, and no one greeted us. We had to fend for ourselves at the end of the day with the vehicle, the tent, the battery, and the bare minimum of equipment: which is to say, nothing. The two camping chairs had ripped fabric, so we couldn't sit on them for the entire duration of our stay. We were promised a barbecue: it was just 1 gas cooker. No good cooking equipment, just the bare minimum. It's clear that no one has ever been able to camp with that and cook their own food. Regarding the bed, we were charged extra $ for sheets: we ended up with only one sleeping bag for two people, opened in half, and two pathetic, limp pillows. The tent has a very thin mattress built in, but it's impossible to sleep on it, especially for two entire weeks! The awning is far too big for no purpose. The car guzzles too much fuel, and the air conditioning barely works. I'm very disappointed with the customer service; we were treated very rudely. Every explains when we get to the car was sent to us via some YouTube videos from the brand "Kings". Anyway, there were no checks on arrival nor on departure. Very impersonal... I don't recommend them, and I'll never use this kind of agency or website again. A tip for them who treat tourists like garbage : try investing in equipment from "Bunnings", as you advise us to do during our holidays; it will help you succeed in your business. I wanted to trust them from the beginning and not go through big agencies like Jucy, and in the end, we still get ripped off...

We had such an amazing experience with this camper! The Prado with the rooftop setup was unreal super comfortable, easy to use and perfect for our trip. It made travelling so much more fun and stress-free. The van was exactly as described, really clean and well set up. Everything worked perfectly and you can tell its been well looked after. The handover was smooth and we were given all the information we needed, which made everything easy from the start. Communication with Louisa was great she was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We absolutely loved our time travelling in it it honestly made us want to go and buy one ourselves! Would 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely hire again!

Had a great time and Louisa was great! We were lucky enough to get the van newly upgraded. Will use these guys again, often.

Amazing. The only fault was that I took it on dirt roads when I shouldnt have, but this was made clear in the description, which I didnt read, so my fault! Great truck and great ammenities and great customer support!

Louisa was fantastic to deal with the whole way through. I made the booking last minute before a long weekend and Louisa made it possible. Super happy with the car itself and was equipped with more than we needed. 5 stars!
