We couldnt have asked for a better experience hiring Jan the Van through Josh. From the very beginning, he made the entire process seamless and enjoyable, and we are incredibly grateful for all the support he provided to help us get to the wedding in Dwellingup. Josh truly went above and beyond. He took the time to accommodate our pick-up schedule, even carving out a portion of his workday to ensure everything went smoothly. He was patient and thorough, never rushing through the details, which made us feel valued as customers. We encountered some unexpected issues with our towing vehicle, specifically with the lights not functioning properly. Rather than simply pointing us in a different direction, Josh jumped right in to help. He tried everything he could think of, even going as far as removing wires from his own vehicle to troubleshoot the problem. His willingness to offer solutions, including the option to personally drop off and pick up the van, was incredibly reassuring. In the end, we were able to swap vehicles with a family member, which allowed us to tow Jan the Van. Throughout this process, Josh was incredibly accommodating and supportive. He never made us feel like a burden while we arranged our alternative solution and rescheduled our pick-up time. His patience and understanding ensured that we could make it to the wedding, where we were part of the bridal party. Josh turned what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one, and we can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. Jan the Van exceeded all our expectations during our trip. The newly renovated interior offers a fresh, bright, and spacious atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Josh has thoughtfully included every detail, ensuring its brilliantly stocked with everything you could possibly need. It truly made our getaway enjoyable and hassle-free! Great van with everything you need. Easy pick up and drop off. Easy towing.

We had a fantastic holiday in this van, however after two days we discovered a bad smell which led us to discover the Battery swelling and close to burning up. We had to turn off the power which led to some of our cold food to sour. This was an inconvenience however Josh did communicate with us the whole time and promptly came the next day to replace the battery. However it was very unsafe and should have been checked prior to the hire.
