We were completely new to towing anything other than the odd 6x4 trailer, and the handover information was great. We were able to confidently set up for a comfort holiday in the van.

This van suited our holiday at the snow perfectly. Everything worked very well and the handover/dropoff with Dane and the other staff was smooth and stress free. Would highly recommend and definitely hire again! Hirer should be aware this van doesnt come with any cooking equipment or utensils.

Great van, a few teething issues with the gas but we got that sorted. Dane was responsive to communication and helpful. Booked van at very short notice as a nothing booking fell through.

This particular van was amazing , home away from home , we enjoyed our time on the Queensland boarder with the grid x, this van has everything you need and more. It is a heavy van so you will need a towing capacity of atleast 3.5 tonnes . Bluetooth breaking worked well. Dane and the others from jayco queanbeyan were so lovely and really great communication they will look after your needs.

Hiring directly from the Jayco Canberra dealership made the whole process very easy. Dane and the team are Caravan Professionals so they were able to run me through the van set up, features and provide advice that was very handy. The van was immaculate and very easy to tow and set up. We had a great trip and are looking forward to our next adventure. I would highly recommend hiring from Dane and the Jayco Canberra team.

Great holiday. A couple of minor operational issues to begin with but easily sorted by Dane. Did have a gear failure with the awning, but again quickly sorted by Dane. One recommendation - a document that covers basic functions would be useful ( short manual?) - for a person new to caravans there's a lot to take in during the pre- departure briefing. All up - we'll do it again for sure.
