The van was great and exactly what we were looking for. It did say coffee machine in the ad which was one of the reasons we hired it but we didnt find one so that was a little let down. The only other thing was we couldnt lock to door due to Shane waiting on a new lock. This was only advised when we picked the van up so was too late to do anything about it. Was not a huge deal but did make leaving the van at any time a little harder as we had to remove all personal items ever time. Also at night when sleeping it was a little bit of a worry knowing the door was not locked and anyone could open it. Shane was good with communication and the van was good and will be great once Lock is fixed.

We loved the van. A perfect set up for taking the family away. Shane was great to deal with and very helpful. We chose the linen option however it was only sheets on the bed not bath towels, tea towels, blankets etc. not a big deal, just a matter of clarifying the smaller details.

Great caravan, comfortable and easy to tow. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed supplied. We had a great weekend away and will definitely use this caravan again.

Excellent van for the family. Well maintained inside and out. This is the 3rd time hiring a van through camplify and this one is by far our #1 pick. All the camping essentials are included, we just needed to pack a bag and go! Shane's communication was prompt and no hassles. We are booking to hire again off him again in October! Thanks again
