The hand over was very smooth and Ryan and Karina were very flexible with drop off and pick up times. Great communication. The van was definitely a bit dirtier than anticipated at pick up but other than that it had everything we needed for a nice off the grid few days. The fridge didnt stay super cold towards the end so would need to be selective of food in there. We had a seperate esky with ice for drinks. Thanks for a seamless experience:)

Slightly tired/aged interior and some minor issues (difficulty closing drivers window at speed, intermittent charging from front radio port, curtains falling apart). But best Perth van available at its price (for both 2 and 4 berth) and excellent communication from Karina.

Recieved a dirty van , owners blamed it on the van being the cheapest on camplify and that we did a last minute booking , no prior messages during the booking did they let us know that we would receive a dirty van. We also had issues with seating and our children , once we notified the owners our car chairs didn't secure correctly with their seatbelts , owners refused to assist and told us to cancel and return the van if we where not happy , this would let us loose our full payment , they told us to deal with camplify and would not help . We took the van in anyways so we didn't loose our large amount we paid and had to put our child in the front seat. Not a happy camper at all

It was great. Its an old beast, there were a few chips on the windscreen when we got it. And the van looked like a van that did 670 000kms, other than that it was a good time.

Had an incredible time travelling in this van for two weeks, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Van in good condition, very accurate to the description. Karina and Ryan were very helpful and replied instantely whenever we needed help with anything.
