What a horrible experience. Owner of the vehicle was great however, Camplify are terrible. We broke down 5 hours away from home. Unable to provide a vehicle to get us home leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Fortunately the tow truck driver was heading our way for a job and took us closer leaving us stranded 3 hours from home. Had to book ourselves a hotel and the next day could still not get a hire car. Was told to get public transport with too many things to physically carry after 8 days away. Was then told to leave it there and go back for it another time. Had to arrange for our daughter to take a day off work to come for a 6 hour round trip to get us. Lost another day annual leave at work which also changed colleagues plans. Terrible experience. Unable to speak directly with anyone at Camplify. Messages coming through from Sophie were careless and she refused to call me after saying she would. Would absolutely not recommend anyone to use this service. Terrible terrible terrible! You left 2 people stranded after your policy states a replacement hire vehicle would be provided. If you are unable to obtain one, have a backup plan. Taxi also refused! Will be seeking compensation for the hotel and fuel for our daughter! Please call me to discuss compensation. A fun little van. A bit tricky to drive. This is not a modern vehicle lol! Lots of happy faces when we drove and parked the van. Will hire again

It was the most amazing experience! We loved the van and its vibe. We were getting a lot of attention, almost felt like celebrities. It was our first time camping and it was just so comfortable. Perfectly spacious for 2 people and super fun to drive. Alex was super friendly and accomodating to our circumstances. Thank you Alex, for this wonderful trip!

Had a great Easter getaway in this van. Sooo comfortable to sleep in. Everything that you need. Alex was great to deal with and quick communication. Would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic time with my van. Alex was very helpful and accommodating. Explained everything that I needed. It felt like I stepped back in time as soon as I took off with it. Time no longer mattered. I just wanted to be on the road and cruise with Audrey. Can wait to book it again.

Absolutely loved our experience with Retro RV. Alex was great to communicate and made pick up/drop off very easy. We got so much attention in our entire journey due to our superstar Retro RV. Highly recommended for short trips. Note - As it is a combi and not fast - ensure you allow extra travel time.
