Had a terrific time away in Tasmania which was propelled by Chantelles exceptional hospitality and care when explaining everything about the van. Everything was working brilliantly and even came with a thick novel to use to troubleshoot issues in times of uncertainty. Returning the vehicle was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Chantelle was great to deal with. Very easy and accomodating, a good communicator. Loved the van, had the best time, would recommend Chantelle and the van to other travellers.

Awesome van, nicely set up, and really comfy. The owners of the van were super helpful. Would definitely be rebooking the same van if we were to come back on holiday to tassie, it was great!

Overall, the experience during the trip was great! Amazing van that is super well-equipped -- fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, fan, plus a TV too?! So impressive, random people we met along the way enquired about the vehicle! Van owner Andrew is very accomodating as well, he even offered us a ride to pick up the van as we did not have transport arranged :) BUT unfortunately we got into a minor accident (very slight dent to a panel), and it was the post-accident experience that totally ruined it for us. Was told that the expected damage cost is at most half of the excess amount. However, full excess was deducted, incorrect quotation totally irrelevant to the incident was provided by Camplify from van owner (please note that it was not an invoice btw), and no support/helpful response was received from Camplify for assistance to clarify. It has been 3 months since the incident, and we tried multiple times to contact Camplify for help, but to no avail. We think we have been ghosted. Perhaps the money has gone towards assisting vulnerable children as part of the van's charity efforts, but either way, we wouldn't know. TLDR -- enjoyable van and it will be a wonderful experience if there are no accidents along the way, as the post-accident service is no good. Be safe out there :) not just to avoid the bad post-accident service, but because Life. Cheers

Had a marvellous time and the ease of camping using Andrews van was fantastic. Van does need a small step to help get in for those of a shorter stature, and didnt get a description on how to connect the water (I believe a connection was missing). Over all a good value hire and Andrew was very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic trip to Rockhampton in Andrews van. Had everything we needed. Hot water didnt work but apart from that a truely fantastic experience!
