Lach's saved my bacon when my original booking for another van was cancelled at the last minute due to mechanical issues - I got very lucky with Otis indeed! Lach has done an amazing job of fitting it out - very thoughtful details and equipment. Very clean and super comfy - although I was in country NSW in winter it was very cozy and warm. Drives really well once my manual muscle memory kicked in! Lach was a delight to deal with - super responsive and accommodating. Overall excellent experience - 10/10, will rent again!
