We struggled to get the lights on in the van due to issue with batteries. It was not communicated properly how to charge up the solar operated batteries and no appropriate charger was supplied to charge those as batteries were not charging through sunlight. Owner does not accept his fault of not providing a charger/ for faulty batteries. We had to contact him several times which we did not have the time for. Because we were only using the caravan at nights for sleeping we could not enjoy our time. We were not able to use other amenities such as refrigerator as we were told to turn that off. Diesel heater did show the error and by that time we had no capacity to contact owner again to sort the issue. We travelled to Griffith for an event and the network was not very good there and we struggled a lot while contacting the owner. If we were supplied with appropriate charger or efficiently working batteries these issues would not have happened. We feel that owner is trying to claim the damage from us whereas it is us who could not have what we paid for and enjoy our time.

We had an amazing time with this van! Exactly as advertised and Ben was really helpful and thorough with setup instructions. Perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommend!

The Caravan (Ava) was really well set up, clean and as described. Ben was great to talk to as we discussed my booking and delivery options. He was very accommodating and knowledgable. I would definitely book with him again and recommend him.

I would highly recommend this Van. It was perfect for our family of 4. The Van is very well set up. We camped in the snowy mountains, and the diesel heater kept us warm all night. Ben delivered the van for us, set it up and explained how everything worked.

It is the second time Ben hirers from us. As last time everything went perfect with him. Hes a great hirer. Communication is excellent. He took care of our caravan and returned it in perfect condition.
