Nick was very informative & gave us a detailed explanation of the every day running of the vehicle. The van drive well & setting up & packing up at sites was easy with the checklist provided. The cooking appliances all worked well, including the microwave, fridge & freezer. Unfortunately, there were a few specifications of this van that no longer worked which Nick did advise us, on handover. The cabin radio is not working. We had to pair our phone, to the van via the audio source. The other interior intercom style radio next to the fridge was working well. The TV didnt work, as it would not tune in & we did attempt to rectify this, several times at a few sites during our holiday. Luckily we had a laptop with us & used it in place of the TV. During our holiday we had 3 extremely hot nights. The air conditioner, while working well, was extremely noisy when the cooling generated turned on, making sleeping difficult. The last thing worth mentioning is, we are both mature aged & the sleeping above the cabin, via a ladder, is not desirable at our age. In hindsight we should have insisted that the additional table insert for the rear bedding area be supplied. We cant comment on the toilet & shower facilities as we did not use them on our trip. I will say that, the hot water into the kitchen sink, was instant & working well. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, as this was our first motorhome hire & Camplify.

Absolutely awesome rv so easy to drive. Owner nick was extremely helpful walked up through everything and was on call for anything we needed to know. We drove out to broken hill and the rv never skipped a beat. Everything was in working order, comfortable bed. The rv had everything we needed plus more. Will definitely be hiring again.

We had a fantastic experience with this motorhome! Nick took the time to walk us through the whole van and explain how everything worked, which made our trip so much easier. The van was spotless and stocked with thoughtful extras like bottled water, toilet paper, and pantry goodies, even additional phone charging cable's such lifesavers. Nick was always just a phone call away if we had a question, and he patiently talked us through anything we werent sure about. He even added a mattress topper for extra comfort, which we really appreciated. Plus, there were already a torche, table, and chairs, provided, so there was no need to pack those bulky items. The whole process was smooth.

The van would not comfortably sleep 6 people unless you clearly communicated with the owners and all accessories available to you. The electricity/gas/grey water connections and dumping were easy to perform. The van drove easily and was a good size for country town parking. The van had an oil problem, and negotiating between the owners and Camplify's breakdown service was very slow and eventually frustrating.

From the moment we booked communication was clear with Nick. He responded right away and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to ensure our 1st motorbike trip was memorable, and that it was. We had an amazing time camping up and down the beautiful east coast of Australia. Definitely booking with Nick again!

Van was in excellent condition and Nick couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was explained brilliantly and it was terrific to drive. Only one minor issue was with the grey water tank meter constantly showing full even after emptying the tank but otherwise everything was spot-on!

This van is awesome! Hot running water from the kitchen tap and shower wherever you are! Toilet works really well, easy to keep clean and smelling fresh! The awning shades the side of the van from the early morning sunshine heat. The insulated reflective glass privacy screens keep out the heat and gives all the privacy you want. Very convenient. A real pleasure to drive on the open road and the perfect balance of technology with cruise control and AppleCarPlay. Lower automatic gear changes can be a little flat, if you need to accelerate while it's changing gears, so the sports-shift option is perfect for overcoming that minor inconvenience. Five stars all round for this beauty! Nicholas is the best host explaining all you need to know before heading off. Just make sure to allow plenty of time for initial handover meeting as there is plenty to learn! Thank you Nicholas! Now I want one for myself!
