The van was fantastic and had everything we needed. Melloney was friendly, approachable, and incredibly accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.

We hired this caravan for our recent holiday after booking 6 months in advance, based on the strong 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didnt reflect those expectations. On arrival, the van was not presented to a clean or acceptable standard. The sheets and bedding were dirty, the toilet cartridge had not been emptied, and no basic supplies provided. The awning was also broken, which limited our ability to use the outdoor space. Given the number of positive reviews, this was both surprising and disappointing, and not what we expected after booking so far in advance. When we raised these concerns, the direct option offered was to remove the van altogether, which would have left us without accommodation over the Easter period. This wasnt a practical solution, so we had no choice but to stay. I dont normally leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely impacted our holiday. Waking up and feeling unclean is not what anyone expects, especially when paying for accommodation that is advertised as high quality. Im sharing this as constructive feedback, as there is clearly a gap between the reviews and the current standard being delivered. With proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail, this could be a much better experience for future guests. At this stage, I wouldnt recommend this caravan based on our experience.

Oh dear Emma, For someone that was told the awning wasnt going to be in ready and offered to help find another van how funny you mentioned it in the review. Also that the linen that I put on fresh and you complained multiple times but still didnt want fresh linen delivered? The toilet had solution in it, and it was made clear it had been emptied but there was a toilet solution in there. The smell that you complained about was because someone on the property you were at closed the grey waste valve as they acknowledged this on pick up. When told you couldnt stay in there and we offered to collect and reimburse you, that wasnt right either. Every offer to bring new linen and make your stay more comfortable was rejected. But heckling for free nights when every other option was available seemed to be the only thing you wanted. To even send messages on Easter Sunday complaining I put puzzles and games in for kids taking up space. I HIGHLY recommend the Hilton in your next vacation for you. Never again. Was the worst booking experience I have ever had.

We had the van delivered and it was all set up and ready to go when we arrived. A great family holiday was had.

Melloney went above and beyond for our family holiday van is clean, tidy and very comfortable its also fully equipped with everything you need and more. Communication was great and the van was all set up and ready when we arrived! Perfect for no experience caravaners like us! Cant wait to hire phoenix again Thanks again
