Tanya and Barry were amazing, especially since torrential rain threatened to ruin our plans. Very kind and generous. Nahla is gorgeous. Beautifully decked out with lots of love. You'll need to be mindful that she is nearing 50 so set your expectations accordingly.. and would certainly recommend only to those with a specific respect for vintage vehicles. The main catch we found was that there wasnt enough sun to keep the solar fridge and chargers rolling the whole time so we should have planned ahead a bit more for that. Just part of the QLD tropical weather adventure. As with any vintage vehicle you will also need to be ready for people to stop you for a chat every day and talk to you about the one just like it they used to own. She certainly turns heads. Thanks for trusting us with her - definitely a trip to cherish.

Fantastic trip in Nelson, what a beauty of a vehicle. Unique experience and the vehicle was completely equipped with everything you need and then some. The handover was excellent and owner's are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

Fantastic adventure with Nelson on Straddie! It's the perfect explorer 4x4 for Straddie. Remarkably easy to drive on road and offroad, has all the items on board for camping (or glamping) you just have to bring your clothes, hat, suncream, books and some beach games. Communication and support from Horizon Adventure Co was outstanding. Will definitely rent again to explore more of this beatiful island so close to Brisbane. I can not highly recommend this experience enough! Just do it!

Loved our trip in Nahla! She is jammed packed with everything you need for a fun trip away. The bed is super comfortable and cosy and the pop-up top is so easy to put up and makes van life so much easier. I highly recommend the projector as an add on. Love this van and highly recommend making some memories in this sweet gem of a Kombie.

Sick little Suzuki Jimny! We have been following Ozzlo since 2020 and were super keen to take him on a great little adventure to Stradbroke Island. He was 10/10 and we would 100% hire him again. Zac and Holly were great to communicate with before, during and after the trip! 5 Stars !!!!

Ozzlo made the perfect little roadtrip car. Ran perfectly for both on and off road driving, he may be small but hes up for a challenge. Zac & Holly included so many camping goodies with the hire including games, all your camping essentials & additional linen for our trip which was great! Communication on their end was amazing and they were so lovely from start to finish! With the hire they also send you suggested itinerarys which have handy hints and tips of the area which we found so useful! highly highly recommend hiring vehicles from these guys if you want an amazing adventure and to make some awesome memories!
