Brittany had good communication. She was friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The van itself is fairly old and does need a lot of TLC. When we picked the van up and van wasnt that clean. The microwave hadnt been cleaned as there was old food stains still in it. The kitchen description said it has full kitchen supplies & utensils to use however I would say that the kitchen was super bare. The electric fry pan was saving grace. Would recommend taking extra kitchen supplies and utensils if going to use. Overall the stay in the van wasnt bad but could do with a bit of TLC.

Such a great little van. Clean and easy to toe and set up. The van was well stocked, making for a convenient and comfortable stay. It was our first time borrowing a van. So was a great introduction. Brittany had amazing communication and was so happy to help. Very thankful to her and her husband for letting us borrow from them. A great experience all round.

The whole experience of hiring Brittany's van was excellent, communication prior to collection through to pick up & drop off, Van was excellent & exactly as per the description, highly recommend, we will be returning to hire this van again in the future, Thanks again Brittany

My family had a wonderful time camping in this van. It had everything we needed and so comfortable. We are looking forward to going away again :)

The van was good. Need a bit more of a clean, the gas bottle was empty and we were off grid. Recommended a list should be in the van stating what is in it and maybe a few little instructions. Other than that Brittany and her husband were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would recommend them for further hires.

The van is definitely not in perfect condition as the ad describes and overpriced for what you get. It is very well used with obvious signs of wear including but not limited to one of the mattresses being ripped, the queen bed is bowed making it very hard to push in and out and the awning being stuck together with tape (which we were only told about on the day). Overall I would not hire this van again but the communication between us and the owners was very good.
