Communication issues on pick up. When I arrived, she was cleaning the van. It was so dirty. Like next level. She said the previous hirers had not filled the water. No, its your responsibility to clean the van and fill the water. The third drawer was full of her toiletries, not the dishwashing liquid and tea towel in the photo. The last drawer was full of her old cereal packets and rubbish. Both the storage areas in the van were full of her stuff. Nowhere to put my stuff. She asked if I wanted her to remove it but she had a child and a stroller and a car seat and I could see no way she could do that at that time, and I was already behind schedule. The gas cylinder door kept blowing open all the way. There was only 3/4 tank of fuel, which I told her on return and she said to only put that much back in. How can you know how much fuel is 3/4 of a tank? So that cost me $25 as I filled the tank. The bed has a big gap in it and is so uncomfortable. Lucky I had an air mattress I could put on top of it. The van drives really well, but be aware, is a manual. It could have been so good with some basic care and responsibility.

To provide context to the above review: Im sorry to hear that some aspects of the experience did not meet expectations. The pick-up time was adjusted several times by the hirer, who also arrived later than scheduled. In order to ensure the best possible experience, I continued preparing and cleaning the van up until arrival, and it was cleaned prior to departure. Most personal belongings had been removed beforehand, and as noted in the review, the hirer was asked at the time whether the remaining items were an issue and confirmed they were not. The gas access panel had been professionally repaired on the morning of the booking and tested prior to handover without issue. The vehicle has since been driven again without any recurrence, and this will continue to be monitored. Some pantry items were intentionally left for convenience, and the hirer was invited to use them. The listing clearly states that the vehicle is a manual transmission. The bed configuration, including the small gap at the foot, had also been discussed prior to booking. Fuel level was addressed to ensure fairness and consistency with the level at pick-up. As highlighted in the review, the van drives very well. I remain committed to maintaining and continuously improving the overall experience for future hirers.

Marie line was lovely. The van was good wasnt as clean as I would have liked and especially for the price of it. But other than that van was good. Id say only sleeps 2 people not 3-4 if under the ages or 6,7

Very comfortable to sleep in and to drive. Marie-line was very pleasant to deal with extremely great experience.
