myself Tracey Bice and David Emery hired on the 10th of April. When we picked this motorhome up we noticed the motorhome was extremely dirty and very unclean.  Which we stated to the owners partner Jeff allman,  he laughed it off as he said he was the cleaner he told us the toilet always smelt. Once we got it home we had to spend the first 4.5 hours cleaning it because it was full of greasy stuff although the cupboards and fridge.  We couldn't put anything in the motorhome because it was disgusting. And we went to where the toilet canister is and oh my god it was full of urine and poo, and under neath the toilet canister over flow was full of stale urine and poo, we both vomitted our guts out as we tried to clean it. We were horrified by this stage. So unfortunately we had to finish putting in all our stuff in after we cleaned it we shouldn't of had to clean it for 4.5 hours so we could put anything into it. The 11th April we set off with practically no sleep and under stress, the steering wheel shaked for many klms  there was no water available in the motorhome at all. Luckily we stayed at two different places so we could have a hot shower. We were told the fridge worked off 12 volt which it didn't even get cold so we had to throw food away because of the fridge. Fridge is also mouldy and rusty. Jeff told us the only thing that needs mains power was the air conditioning which we never used, we finally got to our destination and we had no water in the water tank and basically no gas, and nothing worked except the 12 volt lights. Jeff told us if we needed help, to call him. Which on the Tuesday 14th April we did and got a mouthful of absolute abuse and told us to tell him where we are and he would come pick the f-ing c up and we are c and f-ing c. Absolute disgusting behaviour towards us when we have never done this before.  Luckily we were with Tracey's parents and her father and our daughters heard the disgusting abusive words which Jeff had said. So we hung up on him, now under so much stress because of Jeff allman. We as in Tracey's dad and David Emery and Tracey had to find out why there was no water.  1: no water in the water tank, 2: gas was nearly empty and the 3:water pump wouldn't work. So Tracey's dad had to get us water as he knew how it actually worked, which the owner really didn't know how anything worked as we found out. By this stage we are beyond stressed out. We noticed the shower door was broken and had to be fixed by David.  And fix the pump so it would work. Things no one should have to do when you spend over 6 thousand dollars to hire this machine.  David got stuck in the shower and had to fix the shower glass door before he could get out of it. Tracey and David and our two teenage girls shouldn't of had to endure such disgraceful conditions as we smelt the toilet the entire way down to Victoria even after we fully cleaned it inside and out, there was even poo stains in the toilet which David had to clean and disinfect.  We gave the motorhome back cleaner than what we received it and with things fixed too. We have many photos of evidence to provide on request.  But ill send a few to give you a understanding of what we had to endure. We have many photos of upto 31 if not more we want major compensation for not only having to spend our start of our holiday cleaning but for being very sick and beyond stressed out. Thanks so much for letting us hire your motorhome for the weekend. It was a great experience from start to finish.
