Lovely van, drives well and had everything we needed (used caravan parks, so didn't cook in the van) Suzanne is an excellent, very responsive and friendly host. She was quick to answer all our questions. We appreciated the supply of a cassette toilet to avoid having to find a drive over dump point. We took our own winter quilt and actually got too hot in the van, so the lack of a heater is no problem in WA winter. The hot water was very hot for washing dishes (we didn't use the shower since we were in caravan parks) The house battery charges from the car alternator & solar and is completely off grid (no external plug in), but as Suzanne advised, we always had plenty of battery charge despite fridge, kettle, toaster, lights and water pump usage) The van did 9.5-10l/100km diesel. Suzanne supplied basic consumables (oil, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper & cleaning stuff ) which was better than when we hired from Apollo-Britz. I recommend this van & Suzanne as host.

We had a lovely time away in this van. It was exactly as described aesthetically beautiful, thoughtfully set up, and the drivers and passengers seats were super comfortable for the long stretches on the road. It came with everything we needed for a relaxed trip. We did run into a few hiccups with the hot water and the fridge, which we communicated during the hire. Unfortunately we were out of service range at the time so we couldnt troubleshoot properly, but the host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to assist by providing contact and guidance. We really appreciated the followup when we returned the van as well. Overall, a great experience with a lovely van and a very supportive host.

Suzannes van lived up to expectation. It was comfortable and easy to drive. Its interior is very well fitted out nothing has been overlooked. The extra touches make it a very luxurious modern campervan. The stone extendable fold down benches are a definite advantage in the kitchen, its also very well equipped with everything you would need to make a snack or meal. The ease abilities of the bed that is up to the ceiling during the day gives you plenty of sitting space. Then at the touch of a button it comes down ready for bed. There is plenty of storage under the seats and the many draws. I can highly recommend the hire of vanhacienda.
