Naomi was absolutely fantastic to deal with she was very responsive and always got back to messages promptly, which we really appreciated. However, the caravan itself is definitely in need of some maintenance and attention. There was visible old water damage on the roof, and although we were told the cause had been fixed, it was still quite unpleasant to look at and spend time under. The van also didnt feel particularly clean on arrival and would benefit from a thorough deep clean to make it more comfortable for guests. We also encountered an issue where a plastic grate had come loose on the side of the van prior to pick-up. At first it looked like it simply covered part of the exterior, but on closer inspection it actually opened directly into the caravan, allowing insects, mosquitoes, and cold air to enter during the night. With some maintenance and improved attention to cleanliness, this could be quite a comfortable and pleasant stay, as the basics of communication and organisation were otherwise very good.

Gumleaf was a perfect van for our little family getaway in Mount Gambier. Naomi set it up perfectly and came to pack it up again which was a huge bonus! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved our first family trip in a caravan . Gumleaf was set up ready for us to enjoy soon as we arrived at our destination. Gumleaf had everything we needed and more . The kids loved the games, colouring in books and DVDs. Gumleaf was warm and cosy with the heater and extra blankets . The toilet and shower was great for our little kids . We appreciated the kitchen set up with everything we needed . Having the van set up with the linen provided made the trip that much easier for us . We loved our stay in Gumleaf and would highly recommend it to any family looking to get away
