There were a lot of aspects of the van that did not hold up to what was on the listing or portray in the photos. The main thing that was not included in our hire was Aircon. We were not told in advance that there wasnt going to be any air. This was an issue for us as the overnight low was 28c. It took several days for us to hear back from Tori when we asked her how to work the aircon. When she finally responded she told us it was taken out a few weeks prior to our rental. She also told us know one else complained, to just enjoy our time together and its Australia so its hot. The way we were treated during our hire was definitely unprofessional and I hope no one has to deal with with someone who isnt compassionate.

We had the most amazing week exploring the west in the Van! It was clean, the bed is super comfortable & they have honestly thought of everything. We loved snuggling up for some Netflix on the projector of an evening, playing games inside the van listening to tunes, or sitting outside in our deck chairs basking in the sun! Toris communication was fantastic, she was so helpful with tips & recommendations - lots of which we managed to do whilst we were there & loved! I highly recommend you check this beauty out for yourself! Thanks again guys

We had a lovely holiday in this bus, its beautifully decorated and we loved the practicality of the pull out benches. We think we might add that feature to our bus !!

We have fallen in love with Zaidee!! Our first experience of hiring a van and trying out van life and we are hooked, even our fur baby Baci.
