Van has a few maintenance issues that need rectification. Spare tires were bald, one drive light wasnt working, one or two zips on the canvas had broken, and there is a shelf in front of the fridge toat can fold down but doesnt latch into place when its folded up any more. This last one was dangerous with small children running around as was very easy to bump and cause the relatively heavy shelf to fall down on little heads. There is also a fair few mold stains in the camper canvas, though I dont think there was any active. It certainly didnt smell like there was. We had a very wet stay with the van with lots of heavy rain and had water leaking through the annex along where the annex zips to the van, and where it sits on poles. For light rain we would have had no worries, but we had to buy a tarp to put over the top to keep dry for our stay. The kitchen is also lightly stocked, for a family of 4. We ended up bringing our own pots pans, plates etc. The van was relatively easy to set up, though would be good to get a video or couple of photos for first timers like myself. Leas husband did say he could show me how to set it up when he dropped it off though. Otherwise Lea and her husband were easy to deal with. Leas husband wasnt rushed when dropping it off and was happy to stay and answer any questions I had. And the van was clean excluding the wear and tear mentioned above.

A great set up with all the gear needed for that special getaway. The trailer tows great, and is very conformable. Lea and Janes were amazing and great communicators and explained the setup. Thanks again. I recommend hiring this trailer to any and all. Thank you kindly.
