We had a wonderful experience hiring Kiki Lark. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. He followed up communication in a very timely manner. Jeff was very thorough in his explanation of how everything worked in the van when we went to pick the van up. Our family had a very comfortable stay in Kiki Lark. It was clean and modern. Had a wonderful time with the caravan provided by Jeff. It was a big trip (45 days) but the caravan worked great for me, my wife and 2 kids. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and only too happy to help. Cant recommend him and the caravan enough for anyone looking to use his services.

The van is clean and modern and had everything we needed. Jeff was so helpful and explained how to set up and operate the van, appliances and electric brakes, I really appreciated this as this was the first time we've used a caravan and first time I've towed anything this large. Thank you Jeff and his lovely family for even entertaining my kids during the process. Highly recommended!

Kiki Lark was clean, very new and well looked after. Jeff and Smitha were warm and friendly, taking us through the full set up and pack down. Would recommend.
