The van was honestly the highlight! It felt like a perfectly designed little home on wheels. Cozy, practical, and surprisingly spacious, with everything you needed right there. It made the whole trip effortless, giving you total freedom while still keeping you comfortable.

The van was very easy to drive and was very well setup for 4 people. Lots of storage and the beds were comfortable. Everything was working fine and it was easy to cook a meal - the fridge was very big which made things easy. Vanessa was fantastic and answered our many questions prior to the hire and during. A great experience overall.

Vanessa was super helpful, and from the beginning of our communication went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, mid trip we had a few questions and Vanessa responded straight away, I highly recommend Vanessa and the big 4, it created lasting memories for our family. This was our first trip ever, thoroughly enjoyed. Vanessa was very helpful, gave us all the information we need for the trip. Really smooth pick-up/drop-off process. Motorhome was very clean and drove really well. 0 complaints happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend

This was our first hire and Vanesa was amazing to deal with. Great communication, very clear run through and everything worked as explained. The van was very comfortable for three adults and a dream to drive and maneuver around caraven parks.

Communication for pick up was great. The handover was thorough and the motorhome was clean and ready to go. We liked the drop down bed, as it gave us two living areas and converting the club lounge to a bed was done in minutes. Handover at the end of the rental was easy. It was great to be able to travel with our small dog. I would rent Big4 again and recommend it for others.

Fantastic the van was fitted with everything that we needed . We were away for four days of very heavy rain and we , and our puppy, had a great time
