The motorhome was exactly as described in the listing. Handover was easy and all of the functions of the van were simple and clear. Friendly and responsive communications from the owner made this quick easy and a simple process to enjoy a weekend away. Strongly recommend to anyone.

Loved our time in Big Mumma in the Yarra Valley. Had everything we needed and housed our small family nicely. Will definitely be looking to hire from Peter again

Handover did not occur because Peter was unwell needing to go to hospital, but he was able to organise key pickup and answer our questions even though he was not well. Had a couple of minor issues at the beginning and Peter followed up with 5 pages of notes to help us, and the rest of the trip was good. Some parts of the van were not cleaned due to Peter being unwell, but we did not let this worry us and enjoyed our rental.

Peter was lovely to deal with. His communication was great. We hired the vehicle for a 6 day off grid camping experience. Unfortunately, our experience in the motorhome wasn't great. We had 3 instances where the turbo disabled itself and put the vehicle into 'limp' mode which meant it ran slow. In order to correct this, we had to pull over and wait about 10 minutes for it to reset before continuing on our trip. We also had an issue where the water heater did not work, resulting in us having cold water showers. Finally, we had a flat battery on the day we were meant to leave which meant we needed some assistance in order to get to the battery and then to jumpstart it. I am reluctant to post this review because Peter is a decent guy and some of these issues could happen to anyone but I believe in being honest about the experience we had.

Big mumma did not disappoint! She was spacious, clean, the power and water lasted a full 4 days without having to refill/recharge. We will definitely hire for our next getaway!
