Van was ok but we had an problem with the air conditioner what was not working. Without AC made our trip really hard to drive and very uncomfortable to sleep. Still waiting to hear from the owner and complify.

We had a great experience renting this campervan! Communication with the owner was super easy; they were quick to respond and really helpful throughout. The van itself was spotless, felt almost brand new, and had everything we needed for our trip. We did run into a small issue, but the owner was on it right away and helped us sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a comfortable, well-equipped van that made our trip so much better. We'd definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free campervan experience!

The camper van was comfy and spacious, equipped with essentials for a hassle-free trip. The kitchen setup included a large cutting knife, bread knife, wooden utensils, a chopping board, serving platter, induction pans, a couple of plates, a mug, and a pair of glasses. For outdoor use, there were two chairs, a table, and a shade cloth for the front window, adding a touch of privacy. If you like to be more prepared (as I do), I recommend packing a few extra items: additional cooking utensils, pots, glasses, mugs, tea towels, an extra gas burner, fairy lights for ambiance, and an esky for extra drinks and food storage. This was particularly useful for us when the power went out on the second day. That said, we were stationary for three full days, with about five hours of driving to our destination beforehand. If youre driving daily, power interruptions shouldnt be an issue. The van comes with its own built-in speaker but if you enjoy good sound quality, pack a portable speaker. The GPS also works intermittently when connected to your phones hotspot so I recommend packing a phone dock to avoid navigating disruptions while driving. Keep in mind that the van doesnt come with standard power sockets, but it does have two USB-A ports at the front (in the usual car charger/lighter position). You can swap these out with your own adapter if needed or bring a fully charged portable dock. Also, if youre sensitive to morning light, consider packing shade visors for the back windows near the bed for extra comfort. Its worth noting that the van doesnt have air conditioning, which I was informed about during pickup. Make sure to clarify this detail beforehand if aircon is a must-have for your trip. Overall, Ermak was very sweet and friendly, with excellent communication throughout the process. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, making the rental experience smooth from start to finish.
