I had a wonderful stay in the Camper. The Pick up was very easy and smoth. Everything was well prepared and clean with nice instructions. I would directly book it again for the next time. Highly recommended!!

We had a great experience hiring this RV. Rowena was super easy to deal with, friendly, and really clear with communication, which made the whole process simple, especially as first-time hirers. The van was clean, well looked after, and exactly what we needed for our trip over Christmas and everything worked as expected. Would happily hire from her again and would definitely recommend to others.

I recently hired this van, and while the overall concept seemed promising, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the air conditioning was a major issue. When I picked up the van, there was no proper induction regarding its use. I recorded the induction process for reference, but the air conditioning was not demonstrated. On the first night of the trip, it stopped working entirely, leaving only the fan mode functional for a brief time. This was a significant inconvenience, especially during the hot weather, as we had six people traveling in the vehicle. We spent over a day during the Boxing Day period trying to source and set up a portable air conditioner, which was insufficient, and we ultimately had to purchase two additional fans to make the van tolerable. Secondly, the vans cleanliness upon pickup was far below acceptable standards. There were spider webs inside, which made us question how thoroughly the vehicle had been cleaned before being handed over to us. Despite this, we took it upon ourselves to clean the van twice during the trip to ensure it was in good condition. However, at the final handover, we still had to listen to complaints about the cleanliness, which felt unfair given the effort we put in. Overall, the vans functionality and support could have been much better. While the trip had its moments, these issues added unnecessary stress. I hope future renters have a more seamless experience, but I cannot fully recommend this service based on what we encountered.
