Ok the Shower door kept jamming and the Fridge door shelf kept falling off but we fixed both with duct tape. Kitchen equipment was very poor and consisted of 1 large wooden jam spoon handy to make jam but considering the lid less small pot I don't think that would be possible. 1 soup ladle again useless..1 soup spoon..2 tea spoons ..2 forks..3 knifes. No salad bowl or can opener and the 2 dinner plates were the size of a bread and butter plate. The drop down bed was a poor design and although a ladder was supplied there was no way of securing it to allow access to the bed. The mattress was of light weight very poor quality. Communication with Shelley was questionable at times as prior to leaving for Australia and fuel availability there was some doubt if travel was possible.. during communication I never received a full answer or explanation about a possible refund even though I asked a few times. The van went well and was comfortable to ride and drive but due to the van design and the above mentioned we won't be back and would not recommend

Vandora was so much fun so comfortable a home away from home. One thing to bring with you would be a sheet to cover the back doors with to blockout hot sun. Everything was great.

Van drove well and was easy to manoeuvre. Unfortunately they forgot the camp chairs which was a tad annoying and bed needs a mattress topper as it was extremely hard. A cheat sheet would be helpful just to reminder of all the info in the hand over but someone with a little more experience would probably be fine.

We had a great experience with this campervan. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. Everything worked well and it made our trip very enjoyable and stress-free. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth, and the communication was clear and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the campervan and would definitely recommend it to others. Our trip away in the Jayco Conquest motorhome was fantastic. Kelly was so great to deal with from the start and made the whole transaction so easy. This was our first trip in a motorhome and the handover went extremely smoothly and we felt like everything was explained so well. Kelly also went out of her to help us when we were stuck in traffic coming home and were running late. Very much appreciated and helped to alleviate our worry. Thank you! We have no hesitation in recommending Open Road Motorhomes to others and hope to hire from them again for our next trip away. Absolutely 5 stars from us!!

Excellent weekend in the van, handover was easy and informative, appreciated the flexibility of handing the van back outside of business hours. Would use again!
