Frequently asked questions

What is the Camplify Owners Summit?

The Camplify Owners Summit is an event for RV owners hosted by Australia’s largest peer-to-peer RV sharing platform, Camplify. It’s designed for our community of RV owners with a mix of expert-led sessions, workshops, and plenty of time to network with fellow owners using our platform. Whether you’ve got one RV listed on Camplify or a fleet of caravans, it’s all about helping you get the most out of being part of the Camplify community, and sharing practical tips to help your RV pay for itself.

Are there terms and conditions?

Yes, please view the event terms and conditions here.

How much do tickets cost?

General admission tickets are $149. However, keep an eye out for early bird tickets for $99 and special pricing for Premium Members. Please note that your ticket does not include accommodation if you wish to stay overnight.

I'm a Club Camplify Premium Member, how do I access my discounted ticket?

Club Camplify Premium Members will be issued a promo code to use at checkout via email. Didn't receive your code? Contact us, and we'll provide you with the code.

I forgot to apply my Premium member promo code at checkout; can I get a partial refund?

Unfortunately, promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Can my children attend with me?

We’re all about family adventures here at Camplify, and Glenworth Valley is a cracking spot for kids. While the Conference sessions themselves are designed for the grown-ups to focus on learning and networking, the venue has plenty of space. Just keep in mind that you'll need to look after the little ones during the presentations.

Can I stay overnight at Glenworth Valley?

Yes! On-site camping and glamping are available. We recommend booking directly with Glenworth Valley early, who are offering Camplify owners an exclusive discount on RV and tent campsites:
Use code GVCAMPLIFY10 for 10% off a 1 night stay
Use code GVCAMPLIFY15 for 15% off a 2 night stay
Please note accommodation is subject to availability.

How do I get to Glenworth Valley?

Glenworth Valley is located about an hour north of Sydney or 15 minutes inland from Woy Woy on the Central Coast. Just head up the M1 and take the Peats Ridge exit. The road is sealed most of the way, though there are a few dirt patches as you get closer to the centre.

Do I need to have my RV listed on Camplify to attend?

Not at all. While the day is tailored for our existing owner community, it’s also a great opportunity for anyone thinking renting out their RV to come and see what we’re all about. You can chat with our team and other owners to see if sharing your van is right for you.

Will there be events in other locations?

This is our inaugural event, and we're starting in NSW. If the demand is there, we want to make more events accessible in more locations.

When will we get more information about the Owners Summit agenda?

We’ll be sending out a more detailed breakdown of all the sessions as we get closer to the date. Keep an eye out.

Will the Owners Summit sessions be live streamed?

No, the sessions will not be live-streamed. However, recordings may be made available for viewing after the event concludes.

Can I bring a co-owner or fleet manager?

Absolutely — each person attending just needs their own ticket.
