The festival season is upon us and Dashville Skyline 2017 is Camplify’s first stop. Boasting a three-day explosion of alt-country, folk, Americana and psychedelic music we are packing our bags and hitting the road in some Camplify campervans for a weekend of fun and good banter.
Now entering its third year, Dashville Skyline is a must for festivals goers and music purists. The annual event falls on October long weekend 29th September – 1st October 2017 and celebrates music from across the country with some budding international talent.
There is truly something magical about listening to authentic and original music in the great outdoors. Camplify has partnered with the Dashville crew to offer comfortable accommodation for your weekend out in the bush. For those wanting to ditch the tent and upgrade to the comfort of a caravan head over to the website (www.camplify.com.au

The serenity of this bush property is private, exclusive and perfect for the young adventurer inside everyone. Smack bang in the middle of gum trees and a far cry away from the nearest town is an arena bursting with electrifying sounds, colour and life.
There is something for everyone. For the children there are games, a skateboard ramp, live graphic artists and Hamish the llama to keep them entertained. For the young and young at heart the arena has endless live art, yoga workshops, bars and endless live music. Not to mention the amazing array of food trucks featuring American-style cuisine.
For the first time ever! The Dashville Skyline crew has put together a recording studio in the middle of the arena. So after watching your favourite band on stage watch them then record a demo in the Dashville Recording studio – or line up and record one of your own.
Featuring over 30 acts the festival welcomes – Valerie June (US), Oh Mercy, Declan O’Rourke (Ire), The Teskey Brothers, William Crighton, Mel Parsons (NZ) and many more talented folk. You can also find Newcastle locals Demi Mitchell and Nicholas Connors gracing the stage.
Electrify those eardrums at the ‘Sunset Super Round’, the absolute hype of the festival where the artists come together to celebrate the legends that paved the way before them - it is like karaoke but with talented musicians. As the sun sets each day everyone is drawn to the main stage to celebrate music at its best with artist collaborations and the ever-entertaining Dashville Progress Society to help celebrate the night.
As the night hits, the party really ramps up with the headliners gracing the main stage to get those feet dancing. Get ready for the stomping, the dancing and the jumping as the dust from beneath those energetic feet, forming dust clouds above.
Grab a friend and dance the night away in the barn with a silent disco to end the nights of all nights. Pick your station and sing aloud to the open valley before retreating to the caravan for some much needed rest.
Do not fear because the Dashville team has the perfect morning routine for everyone. Showers are located across the property with unlimited hot water. Join the queue for the best egg and bacon roll in town and stop by to grab a coffee from the team at Sprocket. For those early risers, join in on yoga at dawn and stretch out those dancing legs.
Pull up a rug and join the Sunday wind-down for the slow pack up before heading back to reality. Featuring local talent Dave Wells you can enjoy those last few minutes of the long weekend celebrating new friends and endless live music.
This is one festival that has it all! See you there campers!
