this year and haven’t yet got your accommodation sorted, we’ve got you covered. Inland Campgrounds Bundaberg
Midtown Caravan Park
Midtown Caravan Park is located just a 6-minute drive from the show so you walk it in around 30 minutes if you’d like. They’ve got a pool to relax in, linen hire if you need it and a Laundry, free use of a BBQ and there’s a camp kitchen too. You can grab yourself a powered site from $32 per night here.
It’s in a great spot for shopping with two shopping centers located near the show and one right opposite the premises. Pubs and restaurants can be found along the way if you fancy a night out during your stay. Midtown doesn’t allow pets on the grounds so if you’re looking for somewhere you can bring along your treasured little rascals, this one isn’t for you.

BIG4 Cane Village Holiday Park
Cane Village Holiday Park is a slightly longer stroll away at 20 minutes from the Bundaberg Show (or just a 3-minute drive if you’re feeling lazy or want to avoid the parking rush). You can catch a film in the evenings as there’s a cinema nearby and a shopping center with restaurants dotted all around the area.
The holiday park itself gives you access to their camp kitchen with cooking facilities including microwaves and fridges. They’ve got a saltwater swimming pool to take a dip in too, perfect for after a busy day walking around the show! The park has laundries and they supply Gas Swap bottles or refills in case you need them, very handy if you’ve forgotten to check yours and you run out. It’s not suitable for pets here so if you’ve brought along your furry friends this park isn’t for you.

Glenlodge Caravan Village
Glenlodge Caravan Village has the status of a Top Tourist Park in Bundaberg, giving you peace of mind when considering a stay here. Its 10 acres aren’t packed in tight, it’s spacious and relaxing and makes you feel like you’re having a real break away, even though you’re so close to all the attractions, entertainment, shops and restaurants outside of the confines of the park.
Glenlodge is known for its friendly and helpful owners who operate the park themselves and take a real interest in their guests and keeping them happy. Their facilities include a decent sized pool to cool down in, BBQs and a kiosk for their guests. Their powered sites include an ensuite that has a shower and washing area for each, which can make a real difference when you’re all trying to get ready at the same time in the mornings! They supply gas refills too just in case.
It’s just 8 minutes by car to the Bundaberg Show so in a great location for the event. However, the park isn’t pet-friendly so it won’t be suitable if you’re bringing them with you.

AAOK Riverdale Caravan Park
10 minutes down the road from the Bundaberg Show and just over the Burnett River lies AAOK Riverdale Caravan Park. They’ve got a ton of large powered and non-powered sites with lots of shade around to keep you that much cooler.
The facilities include free gas BBQs for you to use and there’s a camp kitchen too but you’ll need to bring your own utensils along with you. Laundry services are available if you need them and several shower block facilities around the park to cater for all the guests.
This park is pet-friendly and perfect for walks along the river with your pooch!

Bundaberg East Cabin & Tourist Park
15 mins by car from the show, this park is also closer to Bargara Beach so you and your family can enjoy the best of both worlds quite easily. Bundaberg Rum Distillery and Alexander Park Zoo are also nearby if you’re wanting to see and do things outside of the Bundaberg Show.
The park has a nice big pool and a children’s play area for the kids to release a bit of steam if they still have some! The camp kitchen’s got a BBQ that’s free to use for everyone staying in the park and there’s even a library where you can borrow and swap books for free. Their private ensuite sites are more suitable for caravans, motorhomes and some of the larger camper trailers but there are also grass ensuite sites that are just great for medium sized camper trailers and tents. If you’re staying in your own RV, you’re more than welcome to bring along the dog!

Coastal Campgrounds Bundaberg
Elliot Heads Holiday Park
This park is located on the edge of land that overlooks where the sea meets the Elliot River. If you’d prefer to wake up to the views of the sea, maybe get in an early morning snorkel or paddleboard before heading off to the show, then this is an option for you. The 25-minute drive is still a good travel time to the show, especially forgiving since you have access to all this!
They have everything you need to have a comfortable camping trip and you may want to extend your stay for more of a holiday once you’ve experienced what the park and the area have to offer. They have free BBQs to use, a laundry, kids play area nearby kiosk to pick up bits you need. As the beach is right on your doorstep, you can really do what you feel like here, whether it's windsurfing, snorkeling, fishing or just a stroll with the family, it’s a great spot. If you’re looking for somewhere nearby that will accept pets try Burnett Heads ‘Lighthouse’ Holiday Park and Moore Park Beach Holiday Park.

Bargara Beach Caravan Park
With an easy, 20 minute drive to the show by car, Bargara Beach Caravan Park is a great place to pitch up and enjoy a well-deserved break by the beach. There’s a vast mixture of powered and unpowered grass and hard slab sites for you to choose from here and a bunch of facilities and amenities for you to take advantage of. Large shower and toilet blocks, a laundry, camp kitchen, BBQ near the beach and a kiosk make it ideal for longer stays.
Nearby you’ll find walking tracks, golf courses and fantastic fishing spots as well as areas along the beach that are just perfect for the kids, with a skate park and rink, play area and sports courts. And guess what, it’s pet-friendly too so the entire family can enjoy what the park and the area has to offer.

Turtle Sands Camping & Holiday Park - Group Bookings Only
If you're traveling to The Bundaberg Show with a convoy of other, whether they are your family, friends or colleagues, this could be the ideal caravan park for you. They only really cater for groups that need 6 sites or more for a week or longer although they will consider smaller groups if they are able to accommodate you. A huge appeal of staying at Turtle Sands is that it shares the beach with world-renowned Mon Repos Turtle Rookery. Whilst you’ll miss the nesting and hatching season that ends in March, you can still take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful coast and all the wildlife you’re bound to see here. And you can always come back between January and March to see the hatchlings make their way to the sea.
It’s just a 20-minute drive from the show and in a great location for an escape to the shores of the Pacific. There’s everything you need here, from an on-site convenience store and kiosk and access to amenities, BBQs and laundry facilities.

Burnett Heads ‘Lighthouse’ Holiday Park
Burnett Heads ‘Lighthouse’ Holiday Park is set in a more relaxed and laid back environment than some of the other parks mentioned. It’s a little bit out of the way (but still only 25 minutes away from the show by car) and pretty quiet outside high season. It’s good for those that want to get a spot of fishing in whilst they’re on their trip as there are some high-catch areas all along that part of the coast. If you’ve got a boat or dinghy, bring it along, there’s a boat harbour nearby for you to get into the water.
The park has powered and non-powered sites, some under shady spots for extra protection from the sun along with a camp kitchen, BBQ facilities, laundry and tennis courts. If you’re after a quieter escape whilst you’re here to catch the Bundaberg Show this could be a good option for you.
