Hiring rules
- 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- ✅The Car has a GPS tracker and Full Engine Monitoring.
- ✅ Sorry That also means No Beach, Sand Driving or 4Wd tracks
- ** We accept entrances to Camp grounds 1020kms only
- ** We accept long term hire or Outback travel after consultation.
- SMOKING or VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANYTIME In or Near the Vehicle
- Includes 200km per day of travel. (average over period)
- ** Additional Km's are charged at 75c per Km paid at time of drop off.
- ** All tolls are paid at time of drop off including any towed trailers.
- ** Any fines, traffic infringements or parking tickets will be responsibility and payable by the hirer at time of offence.
- ⛽ FUEL tank of fuel supplied, Must be returned with full tank of fuel of diesel Refill fee of $3.00/ltr otherwise.
- Must be returned cleaned or a $300.00 cleaning free will be applied.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
