Hiring rules

  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
  • NO Pets permitted.
  • Vehicle will need to be returned with a full tank of diesel (Diesel is available to be purchased from our yard.)
  • Price includes 200km per day. Additional km's are charged at 75c per km, additional charge is payable at the time of drop off.
  • All ROAD TOLLS are payable by the hirer at the time of drop off.
  • GAZETTED ROADS ONLY. 10km's of dirt road access into a camp ground PERMITTED.
  • No Beaches or Sand Driving.
  • No 4WD Tracks.
  • Vehicle MUST be returned cleaned or a $250.00 cleaning fee will be payable.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    I completely loved the vehicle. Steve & Karina are amazing friendly people, full of great info and really just made the whole experience so easy. I have hired from a number of places but I cant see myself hiring from anyone else except Steve and Karina going forward. I wish I could give them more stars

    This was a last minute hire due to issues with my car not being able to tow. They saved me the hassle of searching for an appropriate vehicle to hire as it was available. Even though they use this car for their business, to allow me to hire it at short notice was amazing. Thank you so much for that.
