Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY – In any emergency/accident, get off the road stay safe and CALL Camplify 1300 416 133 – They Will Contact NRMA.
• DAMAGE – Any damage occurs should be reported immediately when you are safe after the incident. Detail of the incident (When, where how etc) are required with few photos.
• OFFROAD – NOT ALLOWED ALL THE HIRED TIME, NO Beach Driving, NO Gravel Roads (None of these are Included in hire price). Any offroading will be informed to Camplify and your profile may be removed from platform.
• SMOKING/DRINKING – “NO Smoking” inside the Caravan. Drinking alcohol inside allowed (Any spill over found extra cleaning charges will be applied)
• CLEANING You must return the caravan in clean condition (internal and external). Excessive cleaning will incur a charge as follows. Clean the Chem Toilet Only $110.00, General Internal cleaning (If the Caravan is not clean enough) $60.00 (In addition to Toilet cleaning), Excessive Internal cleaning (If the interior has not cleaned at all) $120.00 (In addition to Toilet cleaning), Outback General external cleaning $75.00, Excessive external cleaning $250.00 (If the caravan is covered with red dust and/or mud).
• UNSEALED Roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. (The hired route may track by the owner)
• DRIVE & TOW No night driving/towing for fully hired period, You need to have the Electric break controller, Toll tag is not required for caravans
• PETS – You can take your loving pets with you but not allowed inside the Caravan. Extra cleaning fee and/or damage recovery fee may be apply depending on the circumstances. (Minimum $50.00 for Pet Cleaning and any damages to be assessed and advised)
• SERVICE FEE – Service fee is to cover general cleaning, full disinfection and for amnesties only.
• MILAGE – We include 150km/Day, additional millage will be charged $0.25/Km for maintenance.
• PICKUP & DROP OFF Caravan to be picked up after 9am and shall be returned before 5pm on returning day. $20.00/hr extra charge for late returning.
• FESTIVALS – No festivals at all the time of hiring.
• AWNING – Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises. We recommend to pack it before you go to sleep. SPECIAL NOTE :If awning is not functioning properly, we are providing a 3mX3m easy set up Gazebo for free to compensate the awning.
• FOODS – We appreciate your foods and selections. However, the smelly foods are strictly prohibited inside the caravan. If found additional cleaning charges may apply.
• LOCATION Pick Up from Leeming 6149
• FACILITIES We greatly appreciate your comfort and needs while staying in our caravan. However, please be advised that this is a basic level caravan and does not offer the same amenities as a luxury hotel.

  Firstly the van is as described And a great price point We picked up this van for our trip and did the pre hire checks we were shown a few things that were damaged prevously and i did show atleast 8 other damages prior to hitching up this van / pictures taken it wasnt very clean and the fridge hadnt been connected and was warm and smelt like mould witch it had to be cleaned and couldnt use until we reached our destination so if you do hire ask for this to be cold prior to pickup we also had problems with this awning with broken parts and had been blamed for these problems but clearly hadnt been checked prior to our hire including one part shown before we left was cracked we also had problems with the hot water system going into error and we found the problem the next day as a valve under the bed 3/4 shut off once open we didnt have any more problems but clearly not fully checked and was blamed on sombody else on our drive back home the electric brakes were intermitted and found a loose connection on the trailer plug tightened and fixed issue yes the pre delivery video was a good idea but please check this van out fully at pre hire and take pictures and report problems other wise maintenance issues and pre hire brakages will be blamed on the hirer/you as this happened to us but we had evidence that it was damaged before we used this van
