Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required with some photos.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Gravel Roads at all times.
• NO Smoking inside.
• CLEANING We will ensure the CV SWAN is clean and tidy for your adventure and we would appreciate you cleaning her when you return. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. If you don't have time to clean it before return we can do it for you $150.00 (ONLY by arrangement). Cleaning products with ammonia should NOT be used for cleaning.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• PETS You can take your loving pets with you but NOT allowed inside the CV Swan. Extra cleaning fee and/or damage recovery will apply for any breach.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  It was terrific, we had a great time on our 5 day trip. This was our first experience with an expandable type caravan and it was so easy to do and very easy to tow. Shan explained very clearly how to set up and take down when finished. We are a family of 4 two adults and two children 7 and 5 year olds and they loved it. We would highly recommend this caravan.
